Salamanca Convention Bureau participates in the III Castilla y León MICE Forum to strengthen the city's positioning as a congress destination
Salamanca Convention Bureau participates today in Ávila in the III Castilla y León MICE Forum, a professional gathering that brings together representatives from institutions, destinations, and specialized companies in the meetings sector under the motto ‘Organization, emotion, and connection’.
The city will be one of the protagonists of the block dedicated to ‘The main keys for candidacies for organizing a congress’, where the main factors influencing the choice of a destination to host meetings and congresses will be analyzed. During the round table, the Convention Bureau will present its experience in attracting events.
Participation in this forum will also highlight Salamanca's strengths as a congress destination, among which stand out the quality of its meeting spaces, the excellence of its hotel infrastructure, its historical heritage, its cultural and gastronomic offerings, and the city's experience in organizing national and international congresses.
In the afternoon, Salamanca Convention Bureau will participate in a professional workshop with event managers and event organizing agencies from Madrid and Barcelona. This commercial action will facilitate direct meetings with potential clients to present Salamanca's MICE offerings, generate new business opportunities, and advance in attracting congresses, conventions, and incentives for the coming years.
Attendance at the III Castilla y León MICE Forum is part of Salamanca Convention Bureau's promotion plan to strengthen the city's presence in the sector's main professional forums and consolidate its positioning as a competitive and quality destination for holding meetings and events.
