Moro is the author of essays and novels, sometimes very popular, and has also worked as a screenwriter and film producer. He is one of the most valued authors by readers and literary critics. Between 1973 and 1978, he studied History and Anthropology at the French University of Jussieu. Additionally, he has co-produced films such as Valentina and 1919: Crónica del alba, both based on the literary work of Ramón J. Sender.

Over the last thirty years, he has published a dozen titles in which he has explored very diverse characters who have marked history due to different circumstances. His notable books include Paths of Freedom (1992), The Foot of Jaipur (1995), The Mountains of Buddha (1997), It Was Midnight in Bhopal (2001) -in collaboration with Dominique Lapierre-, Indian Passion (2005), The Red Sari (2008), The Empire Is You (Planeta Prize 2011), Skin Deep (2015), My Sin (Primavera Prize 2017), Fireproof (2021) and They Want Us Dead (Espasa), published in 2023 about the figure of Venezuelan exile Leopoldo López.

Language Dialogue is a meeting that brings to the public the careers of writers and journalists who have left their mark with their narrative and informative work.
