On July 22, we will remember the School of Salamanca, through poetry, music, and thought.

In the 16th century, while the world was expanding along oceanic routes and through uncertain conquests, here, consciousness was broadening. Under the vaults of the University of Salamanca, voices like those of Francisco de Vitoria or Francisco Suárez pondered human dignity, the law of nations, the justice that should cross seas without losing its soul.

This poetic-musical tribute will be dedicated to these great thinkers. The HOMERO Association will leave its small mark with this recognition.

The members of Homero; Adela Villoria, Benito González, Concepción Guinaldo, Francisco A. Martín, Leonor Martín, Manuel Velasco, and Manuel Méndez, accompanied by guest poets from our land, will honor the beginning, 500 years ago, of the renewal of thought and the birth of International Law or Law of Nations.
