A work performed by eight artists on stage with live music, reinterpreting classical Spanish music with a more contemporary sound, and exploring the relationship between the heartbeat and the plucking of string instruments as an artistic resource.
Beat and Pluck is a work that connects with the audience from the very beginning, making them participants in the pulsations and emotions generated on stage, breaking the fourth wall. Through Spanish dance, rhythm, castanets, footwork (zapateado), and live music, the work invites us on a journey through the different intensities that art offers us: from passion to calm, from joy to melancholy, from love to pain.
