Listed as a "historic building of interest", with its entrance courtyard surrounded by glass galleries and its two staircases on either side of the main door, the building consists of a ground floor and three upper floors.
The ground floor houses the "Visitor Reception Center", which offers a tourist information office, a rest room, an internet room, lockers, bicycle parking, accessible public toilets and facilities for ostomized people, as well as a baby changing station.
