PULSES WEEK 10th ANNIVERSARY

Salamanca City Council promotes responsible consumption that supports local products, the care of our health, and a sustainable economy. With this philosophy, it celebrates the Tenth Anniversary of Pulses Week, an initiative that highlights these foods and their contribution to people's well-being, the development of the local economy, and the care of the environment.

The Museum of Commerce will host the following activities programmed by the OMIC:

November 3rd at 12:00h: Gastronomic walk and informative talk about orphan legumes by the University of Salamanca research group, PROSPER
November 5th: Live cooking workshop by David Monaguillo.
